What you’ll be doing
As an Entry-Level Collibra Specialist, you’ll start your journey with Murdio Academy – our in-house educational program designed to prepare you for a successful career in Data Intelligence. While being guided by our experienced consultants, you’ll build hands-on skills and deepen your understanding of Collibra and its ecosystem.
You’ll have the flexibility to tailor your learning experience by selecting from a range of courses. Some will be mandatory, while others will align with your career interests and strengths. During the traineeship, you’ll choose to specialize in one of three professional tracks:
- IT-focused – future possible roles include:
Collibra Integration Developer
Collibra Workflow Developer
Collibra Engineer
- Implementation-focused – future possible roles include:
Member of a Technical Implementation Team
Collibra Developer
- Solution-focused – future possible roles include:
Collibra Ranger
Collibra Solution Architect
Your learning will be supported by real project involvement, mentorship, and continuous feedback, allowing you to grow in both technical and consulting skills.
Your role will include
- Configuring and maintaining Collibra Data Intelligence and Collibra Data Quality environments
- Assisting in workflow customization and solution delivery.
- Supporting integration between Collibra and other data tools.
- Helping prepare technical documentation and client materials.
- Participating in client meetings, demos, and solution rollouts.
- Learning best practices in software development, clean coding, and release management.
What we’re looking for
- A degree (or final-year student) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Developer, Quality Assurance Engineer, System Analyst, Data Analyst, Systems Engineer, Business Analyst, Business Consultant or similar required.
- Basic understanding of programming principles (any language – Java, Python, Groovy are a plus).
- Familiarity with databases, data structures, or BPMN is a bonus.
- A strong interest in data management, process automation, and technology.
- Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Fluent in English (C2 required), other languages are a plus.
(No previous Collibra experience required — we will train you within our Murdio Academy!)

Salary
- B2B contract: Starting monthly salary from 8 000 PLN net per month for the traineeship and 20 000+ PLN net thereafter on your first client assignment.
- Employment contract: The monthly salary for an employment contract is calculated individually and depends on your specific situation, which may affect applicable tax breaks.
