There’s no single career path that leads to Murdio. Our company was founded by two Collibra geeks, Karol and Łukasz, and people on our team have come from different backgrounds and job experiences. I’m an engineer by education, but I’ve worn many hats during my career, including business consultant, EU funds grant writer, trainer, academic teacher, COO, sales representative, and project manager, to name a few. I joined Murdio in 2022 with no prior Collibra experience, and since then, I’ve earned the prestigious Collibra Ranger Certification and DAMA CDMP Certification.

    Stan Radomiński

    Collibra Solution Architect

I’ve worked in IT for the past 16 years, and went from helpdesk to onsite support, systems administrator, application support, and architect before I moved to the Collibra ecosystem when I joined Murdio. I started at Murdio as a tech person handling on-premise infrastructure used by Collibra, and then gradually moved to becoming a Collibra Integration Developer and a Collibra Architect.

    Dawid Kołodziejski

Collibra Integration Developer & Collibra Solution Architect

With a hunger for growth and solid tech skills, I wanted to slightly change the focus of my career. As a Systems Analyst, I already knew some tools used by a Collibra Engineer, and I definitely had a knack for learning new ones quickly, which made it much easier for me to start working with Collibra. Murdio gave me a full training in Collibra as part of the Murdio Academy and the confidence to work on client projects.

    FAQs

We mostly work remotely, but we do have an office in downtown Warsaw available to anyone who wants to meet up in person or do some work on-site.

No, the interview process is entirely online.

We work asynchronously as much as possible, but some roles do require partial overlap with CET working hours or with our clients’ time zones (we work with companies worldwide). If that’s the case, we’ll let you know during the recruitment process.

We're collaborative, curious, and a little nerdy (but in the best way). We believe in transparency, trust, and giving people the freedom to do great work without micromanagement.

Yes! If the role excites you and you feel you can bring value, we’d love to hear from you. We believe potential and attitude matter just as much as experience, and we have training and certification paths for our team members.
